摘要
目的分析神经危重症患者营养风险评分的价值。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月本院收治的80例神经危重症患者为研究对象,依据危重症营养风险评分(Nutric)量表将患者分为高分组(n=40,5~9分)与低分组(n=40,0~4分),对比两组患者28 d死亡率以及入住ICU后第1、3、7天的血清清蛋白(ALB)和前清蛋白水平(PA)。结果低分组患者的死亡率较低,与高分组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在入住ICU后第1天,ALB和PA水平比较差异无统计学意义,入住ICU后第3、7天,低分组的ALB和PA水平显著高于高分组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Nutric评分可对神经系统危重症患者的早期营养需求进行评估,为临床营养供给治疗方案的制定提供参考数据,使用价值高,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the value of nutritional risk score in patients with critically ill.Methods 80 cases of patients with critically ill neurological and who treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into the high group(n=40,5-9 points)and the low group(n=40,0-4 points)according to the Nutric Rating Scale for Critical Nutrition Risk.Then,the mortality rate within 28 d and the serum albumin(ALB)and prealbumin(PA)levels after ICU for 1st,3rd and 7th days of two groups of patients were compared.Results The mortality rate in the low-grade group was lower than that in the high-grade group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ALB and PA levels between the two groups after ICU admission for first day,the levels of ALB and PA after ICU admission for 3rd and 7th day in low-grade group were significantly higher than those in high-grade group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Nutric score can be used to assess the early nutritional needs of patients with critical nervous system diseases,and provide reference data for the formulation of clinical nutrition supply treatment programs,and it has high value,thus it is worth promoting.
