摘要
在介绍电接点压力表结构及工作原理的基础上,依据JJG 52—2013《弹性元件式一般压力表、压力真空表和真空表》检定规程,阐述电接点压力表设定点偏差检定方法。通过分析电接点压力表设定点偏差检定时存在的标准器选择局限性、人为误差不确定性、设定点偏差概念不清3类问题,提出针对性解决方案,为提高电接点压力表设定点偏差可靠性提供参考。
Based on the introduction of the structure and working principle of the electric contact pressure gauge,the verification method of the set point deviation of the electric contact pressure gauge is described according to the verifi cation rules of JJG 52—2013 Elastic element pressure gauge,pressure-vacuum gauges and vacuum gauges for general use.By analyzing the limitation of standard device selection,uncertainty of human error and unclear concept of set point deviation in the verification of set point deviation of electric contact pressure gauge,this paper raises specific so lutions to improve the reliability of set point deviation of electric contact pressure gauge.
