厚壁冷弯型钢残余应力分布的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 冷作加工带来的冷加工残余应力的大小、沿截面分布状况、不同加工方式对残余应力的影响、残余应力自然时效情况以及如何高效低能去除残余应力等,对冷弯型钢产品能否应用到重大工程有至关重要的影响。尽管国内冷弯型钢厂生产冷弯方矩管、冷弯槽钢等冷弯产品已有不短的历史,但对产品的上述情况还不精确了解,导致长期供货中低端市场。为了探知以上问题,提高产品质量,合理使用产品,有效制定去除永久残余应力的消残制度,采用X-射线衍射法对国内某厂典型产品冷弯残余应力沿壁厚的分布情况进行了实验测量,获得了一些极其有价值的数据。 The size and distribution of the residual stress of cold forming,the influence of different formation methods on the residual stress,the natural aging of residual stress and how to relieve the residual stress with high efficiency and low energy are of vital importance to the application of products in major projects.Although China's cold-formed steel mills have a long history of producing cold-formed square rectangular pipes,cold-formed channel steels and other cold-formed products,the above situation of products is not clear,leading to long-term supply of middle and low-end markets.The distribution of the residual stress of cold bending along the wall thickness of a typical product in a domestic factory was measured by X-ray diffraction,and some valuable data were obtained in order to find out the above problems,improve the quality of the products,use the products reasonably,and make the elimination system of permanent residual stress effectively.
