首发脑卒中患者创伤后成长与心理弹性的相关性研究 被引量:21

摘要 目的调查首发脑卒中患者创伤后成长、心理弹性状况及两者之间的相关性。方法选取2018-07—2019-06郑州大学第二附属医院神经内科首发脑卒中患者248例,采用一般资料调查问卷、创伤后成长量表、心理弹性量表对患者进行问卷调查。结果首发脑卒中患者创伤后成长得分(66.07±15.02)分,心理弹性得分(57.44±10.02)分,创伤后成长与心理弹性呈正相关(r=0.418,P<0.01)。结论首发脑卒中患者创伤后成长与心理弹性呈正相关,护理人员要挖掘其心理弹性,提高患者心理免疫力,协助患者接受现实、逐渐适应、良好成长。 Objective To investigate the correlation between the post-traumatic growth and the psychological resilience in patients with first stroke.Methods 248 Patients with first stroke from neurology department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were recruited from July 2018 to June 2019 and were surveyed using the general questionnaire,the post-traumatic growth inventory and the psychological resilience questionnaire.Results The score of post-traumatic growth is 66.07±15.02,the score of psychological resilience is 57.44±10.02 and the post-traumatic growth is positively correlated to the psychological resilience(r=0.418,P<0.01).Conclusion The post-traumatic growth of the patients with first stroke is positively associated with the psychological resilience;the psychological resilience of the patients should be further tapped by the nurses and the psychological immunity of them also should be improved.Further,the kind help is also needed from the nurse to make the patients accept the reality and have a good life.
