考虑政府补贴和销售努力的零售商主导型绿色供应链博弈策略 被引量:45

Game Strategy Considering Government Subsidies and Sales Efforts in Retailer-led Green Supply Chain

摘要 在零售商占主导地位的绿色供应链背景下,本文分别考虑政府不补贴、政府对制造商研发给予补贴、政府对零售商绿色推广给予补贴等三种情形,基于市场需求及利润函数进行决策优化,并比较三种情形下的决策结果,分析产品绿色度、销售努力、最优补贴率以及各个价格决策的影响因素和各个成员利润的变化趋势,研究发现:零售商主导地位对其自身利润获取具有重要作用;政府补贴对产品绿色度和销售努力的增强有正向作用,市场需求对产品绿色度较为敏感时补贴制造商更有利,对销售努力更为敏感时补贴零售商更合适;无论补贴对象是谁,制造商边际研发成本变化率是政府补贴决策的重要影响因素,即绿色供应链策略的核心在于研发"绿化"。这为政府及制造商和零售商共建绿色供应链提供重要的决策参考。 In the context of a green supply chain dominated by the retailer,this paper considers three scenarios:government doesn’t give subsidy,government subsidies for manufacturer’s R&D,and government subsidies for the retailer’s green promotion.Corresponding decision optimizations arc based on market demand and profit functions.This paper then compares the decision results in three cases,and analyzes the influencing factors and change trends of optimal product greenness,sales effort,subsidy rate and each member’s profit.The research finds that the retailer’s dominant position benefits its own profit.Government’s subsidy has a positive effect on the enhancement of product greenness and sales efforts.It is more favorable to subsidize the manufacturer when market demand is more sensitive to product greenness.It is also more appropriate to subsidize the retailer when market demand is more sensitive to sales effort.No matter whom the government gives subsidy to,the change rate of the manufacturer s marginal cost of is an important influencing factor for government subsidy decisions,which means that the core of the green supply chain strategy is to green the R&D of the manufacturer.This provides important decision-making references for the government,the manufacturer and the retailer to build green supply chains jointly.
