走向“群众的艺术”——张庚戏剧批评与20世纪30年代的上海剧坛

摘要 20世纪30年代,张庚是左翼作家联盟中的一员,他的戏剧批评具有鲜明的理论性和现实性,与当时的上海剧坛构成了密切的互动,产生了很大影响。以张庚戏剧批评为中心,主要讨论三个方面的问题。首先,针对上海剧坛演员演技粗疏的状况和明星制的弊端,张庚提出“综合艺术”的概念,指出导演制是话剧的真正出路。其次,张庚以阶级分析为视角,对曹禺、洪深的剧作内容和世界观作了深刻的批判。最后,面对日益严重的救亡危机,剧运的中心不得不离开城市转向农村,为此张庚提出更为激进的设想,试图通过打破舞台而将戏剧变为“群众的艺术”。 In the 1930s,Zhang Geng was a member of the Left-wing Writers Union,and his dramatic criticism had a distinct theoretical and realistic character,which formed a close interaction with the Shanghai drama world at that time and had a great influence.Taking Zhang Geng’s dramatic criticism as the center,this paper mainly discusses three aspects.First of all,in view of the rough acting of Shanghai drama actors and the drawbacks of star system,Zhang Geng put forward the concept of“comprehensive art”,pointing out that director system was the real way-out of drama.Secondly,from the perspective of class analysis,Zhang Geng made a profound critique of Cao Yu,Hong Shen’s play content and world view.Finally,in the face of the increasingly serious crisis of salvation,the center of the drama movement had to leave the city and turn to the countryside.For this reason,Zhang Geng put forward a more radical idea,attempting to turn drama into“mass art”by breaking the stage.
