摘要
目的:探讨清热散瘀汤内服外敷联合针灸、刺络拔罐对带状疱疹急性期C-反应蛋白(CRP)及预后的影响,为临床治疗提供指导.方法:选取2019年3-8月笔者所在医院收治的80例带状疱疹急性期患者作为研究对象.按照简单随机分组法分为观察组和对照组.对照组采用针灸和刺络拔罐进行治疗,观察组在针灸和刺络拔罐基础上再内服外敷清热散瘀汤.经过2周治疗后,对比两组治疗总有效率和症状消退时间及血CRP水平,并在治疗期间观察患者不良反应发生情况.结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,症状消退时间均早于对照组,治疗后观察组血CRP水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).对照组不良反应发生率为25.0%,观察组不良反应发生率为7.5%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:清热散瘀汤内服外敷联合针灸、刺络拔罐对带状疱疹治疗效果显著,可有效减轻患者疼痛,加速患者恢复,有良好的推广价值.
Objective:To explore the effects of Qingre Sanyu Decoction on C-reactive protein(CRP)and prognosis in acute herpes zoster treated by oral administration and external application combined with acupuncture and blood-letting puncture and cupping,and to provide guidance for clinical treatment.Method:A total of 80 patients admitted to our hospital from March to August 2019 were selected as the study subjects.According to the simple random grouping method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with acupuncture and blood-letting puncture cupping,while the observation group was treated with Qingre Sanyu Decoction on the basis of acupuncture and blood-letting puncture cupping.After two weeks of treatment,the total effective rate and symptoms subsidence time of the two groups were compared,and the blood CRP of the two groups were compared,and adverse reactions were observed during the treatment.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the time of symptoms subsidence were earlier than those of the control group,the CRP level in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 25.0%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.5%,there was no significant difference in dizziness symptoms(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qingre Sanyu Decoction by oral administration and external application combined with acupuncture and blood-letting puncture and cupping has remarkable therapeutic effect on herpes zoster,which can effectively alleviate the pain of patients,accelerate the recovery of patients,and has good popularization value.
