桐乡市3例厨师感染布鲁菌病调查分析 被引量:1

Investigation and analysis of brucellosis in three chefs in Tongxiang City

摘要 目的对近年来桐乡市在布鲁菌病监测中发现的3例厨师布鲁菌病病例开展流行病学和病原学调查研究和分析,为布鲁菌病防控和健康教育提供科学依据。方法每年对接触牛羊及制品的从业人员和出现可疑布鲁菌病相关症状就医的被动监测人员进行布鲁菌病血清学检测。血清学阳性者采血接种双相血培养瓶增菌培养,获得纯培养者进行布氏菌种型鉴定,并进行个案流行病学调查。结果桐乡市近年来每年都有布鲁菌病病例发现,并且以养羊和宰羊的职业人群为主,此次在非职业人群中发现3例厨师行业的人员感染布氏菌,分别为食堂、饭店和农村厨师,从业中偶尔接触到加工羊肉,3例患者中分离到2株布氏菌,分别为羊1型和羊3型,其中1株羊1型布氏菌为本市首次发现的菌型。结论桐乡市从事此类厨师相关行业的人员较多,建议餐饮管理部门加强食品卫生管理,加强对此类相关行业人群的监测、健康教育和行为干预,防止布鲁菌病疫情向非职业人群扩散和蔓延。 Objective To carry out epidemiological and pathogenic investigation and analysis of three cases of brucellosis from chef in Tongxiang City in recent years,to provide scientific basis for brucellosis prevention and control and health education.Methods Serological testing should be performed on practitioners who are exposed to cattle and sheep and products and those who have suspected symptoms of brucellosis.Serum-positive blood was collected and inoculated into a biphasic blood culture bottle for bacterial culture,and pure cultured individuals were identified for Brucella type and epidemiological investigation on certain case.Results In recent years,Brucella cases have been found in Tongxiang City every year,mainly in the professional population of raising and slaughtering sheep.Three cases of brucellosis infections in the chef industry were found,including canteens,restaurants,and rural native chefs,who occasionally came into contact with processed lamb.Two strains of Brucella were isolated from three patients,sheep type 1 and sheep type 3,of which one strain of sheep type 1 was discovered for the first time in this city.Conclusion There are a large number of chef-related industries in Tongxiang City,and it is recommended that management departments strengthen health management,monitoring,health education and behavior intervention for people in such related industries,so as to prevent the spread of brucellosis to the non-professional population.
