大学生学习成绩影响因素分析——以甘肃农业大学国家特色专业土地资源管理为例 被引量:4

摘要 大学生学习成绩受个人、学校、家庭以及社会4个层面各种因素的影响,从这四个层面确定了16个变量,其中性别、户籍、家庭受教育程度、学习动机、学习兴趣、自习次数、逃课次数、作业情况、宿舍氛围、兼职、参与社团和学生会等11个变量显著影响大学生学习成绩,而与导师交流时间、次数、布置作业数量、参与科研项目次数、高考成绩等5个变量对大学生学习成绩影响不显著;通过分析提出学校应该做好学生的学业和职业生涯规划的相关指导和心理疏导,让学生们尽早尽快明确学习目的,从而提高学习成绩. College students′academic performance is influenced by various factors such as individual,school,family and society.In this paper,sixteen variables are determined from these four levels,including eleven factors such as,gender,household registration,family education level,learning motivation,interest in learning,self-study times,truancy times,dormitory atmosphere,part-time job,participation in clubs and student unions,which significantly affect college students′academic performance.However,five variables,such as the time of communication with tutors,the number of assignments,the number of times of participating in scientific research projects,and the score of college entrance examination,have no significant effect on college students′academic performance.Based on the analysis,this paper suggested that schools should do a good job in guiding and psychological counseling of students′academic and career planning,so that students can identify the learning purpose as soon as possible,and improve their academic performance.
