摘要
以正交试验为研究方法,通过FDM成型制备PLA材质试样,探究了层高、打印速度、喷头挤出温度及热床加热温度等工艺参数对PLA试样抗拉强度的影响。对于抗拉强度数据,采用方差分析法,结果表明,各工艺参数对于最终成型制件抗拉强度的影响不同,打印速度>热床温度>层高>挤出温度,并且当层高为0.10mm,打印速度为30mm/s,喷头挤出温度为200℃,热床温度为60℃,PLA材质试样的抗拉强度最佳。
PLA samples were prepared by FDM technology.Based on orthogonal experiments,the effects of process parameters such as layer height,printing speed,extrusion temperature of nozzle and heating temperature of the hot bed on the tensile strength of PLA specimens were investigated.For the test data,variance analysis method was used.The results showed that the process parameters had different tensile strength for the final samples,printing speed>hot bed temperature>layer height>extrusion temperature.Besides,tensile strength of PLA sample was the best when the layer height was 0.10 mm,printing speed 30 mm/s,extrusion temperature of nozzle 200℃,hot bed temperature 60℃.
