摘要
目的:评价糖尿病产妇分娩的足月新生儿血糖监测及喂养时间对新生儿血糖的影响。方法:2017年8月-2019年5月收治妊娠合并糖尿病产妇分娩的足月新生儿100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组新生儿出生后12 h内每间隔2 h检测1次指尖末梢血糖,出生后12~24 h内每间隔4 h检测1次指尖末梢血糖。观察组新生儿出生后12 h内于每次喂奶前检测指尖末梢血糖,出生后12~24 h内每2次喂奶前检测1次指尖末梢血糖。比较两组新生儿低血糖发生率。结果:观察组发现新生儿低血糖的概率高于对照组,且12 h内发生低血糖次数更多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:依据喂养时间检测妊娠合并糖尿病产妇分娩的足月新生儿血糖,其发现低血糖概率较定时检测血糖方式更高,能更大概率发现低血糖,减少并发症发生风险。
Objective:To explore the effect of blood glucose monitoring and feeding time for blood sugar of full-term newborns in delivery of diabetic mothers.Methods:From August 2017 to May 2019,100 full-term newborns delivered by pregnant women with diabetes were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 50 in each.In control group newborns,the blood glucose of fingertip tip was measured every 2 hours within 12 hours after birth,blood glucose was measured at the fingertip every 4 hours from 12 to 24 hours after birth.In observation group newborns,the blood glucose of fingertip tip was measured before each feeding within 12 hours after birth,blood glucose of fingertip tip was measured before every 2 times of feeding from 12 to 24 hours after birth.We compared the incidence of hypoglycemia between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the probability of finding hypoglycemia in neonates was higher than that in the control group,and the frequency of hypoglycemia within 12 hours was more,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Blood glucose of full-term newborns in delivery of diabetic mothers was measured according to feeding time,compared with regular blood glucose detection,the probability of finding hypoglycemia is higher,it is more likely to find hypoglycemia and reduce the risk of complications.
