摘要
目的:分析腹腔镜联合药物治疗子宫内膜异位症合并不孕的临床效果。方法:2017年9月-2019年2月收治子宫内膜异位症合并不孕患者66例,随机分为两组,各33例。对照组应用腹腔镜治疗,观察组采用腹腔镜联合药物治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血清CA125水平均较治疗前下降,且观察组较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用腹腔镜联合药物治疗子宫内膜异位症合并不孕患者,可提高临床疗效,降低血清CA125水平,减少并发症的发生。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with drugs in the treatment of endometriosis with infertility.Methods:From September 2017 to February 2019,66 patients with endometriosis complicated with infertility were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopy and the observation group was treated with laparoscopy combined with drugs.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than in the control group and the complication rate was lower than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum CA125 levels in both two groups decreased compared with those before treatment and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of laparoscopy and drugs in the treatment of endometriosis with infertility can improve the total effective rate of treatment,reduce the level of serum CA 125 and reduce the occurrence of complications.
