摘要
燃煤行业的烟气通过湿法脱硫系统后,烟气当中的颗粒物组分产生了很大变化,脱硫浆所含固体悬浮物以及脱硫浆雾滴蒸干的盐核成为最终烟气中颗粒物的主要成分。砖瓦行业内燃焙烧特点使原烟气颗粒物含量很低。在颗粒物治理方面,可以通过脱硫多环节协同除尘和湿式电除尘技术路线使颗粒物达标排放。并提出了脱硫多环节协调的关键节点以及湿式电除尘应用的关键条件。
The internal combustion firing characteristics of the brick and tile industry make the content of raw smoke particles very low.In terms of particulate matter treatment,the particulate matter can be discharged through the desulfurization multi-stage collaborative dust removal and wet electric dust removal technology routes.The key nodes of desulfurization multi-stage coordination and the key conditions of wet electrostatic precipitator application are put forward.
