摘要
思想政治工作是高校工作的生命线,教师思想政治工作的特殊作用与特别意义正在逐步凸显。新时代高校教师思想政治工作受到高度重视的同时面临学校使命责任与现实运行的矛盾、师德他律要求与教师自律不足的矛盾、改进态度与实施进度的矛盾、体制设计与机制运行的矛盾,这些矛盾的存在限制和影响了工作的改进和加强。突破矛盾制约,开创新时代高校教师思想政治工作崭新局面,需要从继承性、时代性和系统性三个方面把握思想政治工作规律和发展趋势,通过完善体制机制、优化内容供给、改进工作方法、创新工作载体等途径积极探索,不断加强学校工作组织力,激发政治引领力、制度约束力、榜样带动力,培育教师的自我驱动力。
Ideological and political work is the lifeline in university,and the special role and significance of teachers’ideological and political work have gradually come into prominence.The ideological and political work of university teachers in the new era has received significantly stronger attention;meanwhile,it is faced with the contradictions between the mission and responsibility of university and actual operations,between the moral heteronomy requirements for teachers and the deficiency of teachers’self-discipline,between the attitude towards improvement and the implementation progress,and between system designs and mechanism operations and all these limit and affect the improvement.In order to break through contradictions and create a new situation of ideological and political work for university teachers in an innovative era,it is necessary to grasp the laws and development trends of ideological and political work from three aspects of inheritance,contemporaneity and systematization.Moreover,it’s important to actively explore ways to improve the system and mechanism,optimize the content supply,enhance working methods and innovate working carriers.This will enable universities to continuously strengthen the university organizational power,stimulate the political leading power,system binding force,model driving force,and cultivate the self-driving force of teachers.
