摘要
本次研究采用共纺丝法,以LSCF粉体、聚醚砜(PESf)N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮(NMP)为原料,用N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)和乙醇(EtOH)的混合溶液作为中空纤维膜内部的凝固液,用自来水作为膜外部的凝固液,经过高温烧结,制备出高度非对称的致密La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ(LSCF)中空纤维透氧膜。采用He为吹扫气,在不同流速、不同温度下,测定双层LSCF中空纤维膜透氧性能。结果显示采用共纺丝法制备的高度非对称中空纤维膜的透氧量在650~1000℃下分别是0.15~4.08 mL.cm-2.min-1。在较低温度下(600~800℃)中空纤维膜透氧量变化较小,但在高温情况下,温度大于800℃时,中空纤维膜的透氧量以直线上升。
In this study,LSCF powder and polyethersulfone(PESf)N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone(NMP)were used as raw materials,the mixed solution of N-methyl-pyrrolidone(NMP)and ethanol(EtOH)was used as the coagulation liquid inside the hollow fiber membrane,and tap water was used as the coagulation liquid outside the membrane.After high-temperature sintering,a highly asymmetric dense La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ(LSCF)hollow fiber oxygen permeable membrane was prepared.The oxygen permeability of double-layer LSCF hollow fiber membranes was measured using He as the purge gas at different flow rates and temperatures.The results showed that the oxygen permeability at 650~1000℃of the highly asymmetric hollow fiber membrane prepared by co-spinning was 0.15~4.08 mL.cm-2.min-1.At lower temperatures(600~800℃),the change in oxygen permeability of the hollow fiber membrane was small,but at high temperatures,when the temperate was greater than 800℃,the oxygen permeability of the hollow fiber membrane rose linearly.
