摘要
心脏再同步化治疗是目前治疗慢性心力衰竭最有效的手段之一,但临床上大约30%的患者对心脏再同步化治疗无反应,存在膈神经刺激和高起搏阈值等问题严重困扰着临床医师。左室四极导线的出现可有效解决上述问题,不仅可改善患者的临床症状,而且可提高心脏再同步化治疗反应,在临床上有广阔的应用前景。
Cardiac resynchronization therapy(CRT)is one of the most effective methods for the treatment of chronic heart failure.However,about 30%of patients in clinical practice do not respond to CRT.The presence of phrenic nerve stimulation and high pacing threshold seriously plague clinicians.The appearance of the left ventricular quadrupole can effectively solve the above problems.It not only can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,but also can improve the CRT response,and has broad application prospects in clinic.
