摘要
目的观察新型冠状病毒肺炎患者手术过程中医务人员职业防护效果,为新冠肺炎患者外科手术中传染病防控提供参考。方法通过回顾性分析方法,对某医院一例新冠肺炎患者并发阑尾炎手术医务人员职业防护效果进行总结与分析。结果通过建立规范的应对新冠状肺炎手术的医院感染防护体系,在手术过程中严格执行所制定的防护体系,有效抵御新冠肺炎手术过程中的传播风险,所有参与手术的医务人员及相关人员无1例感染,也未发生患者之间交叉感染事件。结论本次建立的新冠肺炎患者手术过程中的医院感染防护体系运行有效,值得借鉴。
Objective To observe the effect of occupational protection of medical staff during the operation of patients with COVID-19,and to provide a reference for the prevention and control of infectious diseases during surgery of patients with COVID-19. Methods The retrospective analysis method was used to summarize and analyze the occupational protection effection of medical staffs during the operation of COVID-19 patients complicated by appendicitis in a hospital. Results Through the establishment of a standardized hospital infection protective system for COVID-19 surgery,the developed protection system was strictly implemented during the operation to effectively resist the risk of transmission during COVID-19 surgery. There was no cases of infections among all medical staffs and related personnel involved in the operation. Conclusion The established hospital infection protection system during the operation of COVID-19 patients is effective and worth learning.
