摘要
以四种不同Ni含量(20/25/28/30 wt.%)的Co-Al-W基高温合金为研究对象,利用场发射电镜观察合金铸态、固溶态及时效态的显微组织,分析Ni含量对合金组织演化的影响。结果表明,铸态下四种合金中除了含有γ和γ'相以外,都含有β-(CoAl)相和以Co_3Ta为基的固溶体相。Ni可以提高合金γ/γ'两相的错配度绝对值,随着Ni含量的增加,铸态合金中的γ'相立方度均增加。时效处理后,低Ni含量的合金γ'相形貌从圆形转变为不规则形状;高Ni含量的合金γ'相转变为规则且具有方向性,均产生粗化行为。
Four newγ'-strengthened Co-Al-W base superalloys with different Ni content(20/20/28/30wt.%)were studied.The microstructures of as-cast,solid-solution and aging state were observed by field emission SEM,and the effect of Ni content on the microstructural evolution of the alloys were analyzed.The results show that the microstructure of four groups of as-cast alloys consists ofγ,γ',β-(CoAl)phase and Co3Ta based solid solution phase;Ni can increase absolute value of misfit degree ofγ/γ'phase,and with an increase in Ni content,the cubic degree ofγ'phase in as-cast alloys increases.After aging treatment,the morphology of the low Ni content alloyγ'changes from circular to irregular shape,and the high Ni content alloyγ'changes into regular and directional form,resulting in coarsening behavior.
