摘要
本文通过分析原有碲精炼工艺流程,对其进行了优化。针对原料中夹杂大量钠盐的情况,对还原碲渣采用酸洗预处理工序,并将氧化酸浸工序进行改进,取消了原煅烧工序,还对造液溶液进行了深度净化,将电积得到的碲片经煮洗烘干后铸锭,碲锭达到了1#碲锭标准。工艺优化后碲的直收率提升了5%,且碲精制成本降低了31万元/a,为企业创造了效益。
In this paper,the original tellurium refining process was analyzed and optimized.The acid-washing pretreatment process was carried out with the raw material of tellurium refining,the oxidation acid leaching process was improved,the original calcination process was cancelled,the preparing liquid was deeply purified,and the tellurium sheet obtained by electro-winning was boiled,washed,dried and casted ingot,and the tellurium ingot reached the standard of 1#tellurium ingot.After optimization of the process,the direct yield of tellurium was increased by 5%,and the refining cost of tellurium was reduced by¥310000/a,which created benefits for enterprises.
