摘要
在“大众创业、万众创新”国家战略背景下,我国高职院校开始将创客教育作为培养大学生“双创”能力的重要途径,创客型双师教师的建设已然成为高职教师专业发展的重要内容。通过分析目前创客型双师教师发展的问题,提出高职创客型双师教师“四位一体”多维度协同培养机制模型,从政府、社会、学校以及自身等方面给出具体的建议。
Under the background of"Mass Entrepreneurship and Mass Innovation",Creator Education becomes an important way to cultivate ability of"Double Creation"in higher vocational education,and the construction of creative double-qualified teachers has become an important part of the professional development of higher vocational teachers.By analyzing the current problems of the development of creative dual teachers,this paper puts forward a"four-in-one"multi-dimensional cooperative training mechanism model,and gives concrete suggestions from the aspects of government,society,schools and themselves.
