摘要
目的:探讨闽南地区在校大学生复发性口腔溃疡(ROU)的患病情况及其影响因素。方法:采用分层整群抽样的方法抽取漳州某高校闽南地区在校大学生991例为研究对象,进行问卷调查,采用Logistic回归分析ROU影响因素。结果:闽南地区在校大学生ROU的患病率为14.63%,家族史、经常食用油腻食物、牙刷刷毛硬度是ROU的危险因素。结论:闽南地区在校大学生ROU患病率处于中等水平,应从生活饮食习惯等方面加强大学生健康教育,降低其发病率。
Objective: To explore the prevalence of recurrent oral ulcer(ROU) among college students in southerrn Fujian and its influencing factors. Methods: 991 college students from a southern Fujian college in Zhangzhou were selected as the research objects by using the stratified cluster sampling method. A questionnaire survey was conducted and the relationship between ROU and various factors was analyzed using Logistic regression. Results: The incidence rate of ROU among college students in southern Fujian was 14.63%. Logistic regression analysis found that family history, frequent consumption of greasy food,bristle hardness of toothbrush were the risk factors of ROU. Conclusion: The prevalence of ROU among college students in southern Fujian was at a medium level. Health education for college students should be strengthened in terms of dietary habits, oral hygiene and other aspects to reduce their incidence.
