摘要
目的:探究胰腺局部精准切除术用于胰腺良性肿瘤治疗中的临床效果。方法:本次研究选取2016年5月~2019年1月本院收治的66例胰腺良性肿瘤患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、实验组,每组各为33例。对照组患者采用传统手术切除方式进行治疗,实验组患者采用胰腺局部精准切除术方式进行治疗,对比两组患者围手术期临床指标与术后生活质量。结果:治疗后,实验组患者手术时间、术中出血量以及住院时间等围手术期指标以及健康、精神、疼痛、躯体功能等生活质量指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在胰腺良性肿瘤患者治疗中采用胰腺局部精准切除术的治疗方式,具有出血量少,创伤小,治疗周期短等优势,能够有效提高治疗效果与患者生活质量。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of precise pancreatic resection for the treatment of benign pancreatic tumors.Methods:In this study,66 patients with benign pancreatic tumors treated in our hospital from May 2016 to January 2019 were selected,and they were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with traditional surgical resection.Patients in the experimental group were treated with local precise pancreatic resection.The clinical indicators and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the perioperative indicators such as the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,and length of stay in the experimental group and the quality of life indicators such as health,mental,pain,and physical function were better than those in the control group.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with pancreatic benign tumors,the use of local pancreas excision surgery has the advantages of less bleeding,less trauma,and shorter treatment cycles.
