摘要
目的 分析颈椎牵引患者实施微信教育模式对其疼痛水平及自我效能的影响。方法 采用回顾性分析法,将南通市第一人民医院在2015年9月至2016年8月收治的46例颈椎牵引门诊患者视为对照组;将2016年9月至2017年8月收治的48例颈椎牵引门诊患者视为研究组。研究组在对照组干预基础上实施微信教育模式。2组患者在干预前和干预后第3个月末接受视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、积极度量表(PAM)、颈部失能指数、自我效能量表测评。结果 研究组干预后的VAS评分为(3.4±0.6)分,PAM评分为(79.6±3.8)分,优于对照组的(6.5±0.9)分和(51.4±2.5)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组干预后颈部失能指数测评中的颈部疼痛和相关症状、日常生活活动能力评分分别为(5.6±0.9)分和(10.5±1. 6)分,均低于对照组的(8.4±1.7)分和(17.8±1.9)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组自我效能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 微信教育模式应用于颈椎牵引患者,能改善其颈背部痛感,且能提高其自我效能感和应对疾病的积极性。
Objective To analyze the impact of We Chat education mode on the pain level and self-efficacy in the patients with cervical traction. Methods Retrospective analysis was used in the study. Forty-six outpatients with cervical traction who received treatment in the Nantong First People’s Hospital from September 2015 to August 2016 were designated as the control group,while 48 outpatients with the same disorder treated in the hospital during the same period were designated as the study group. The control group did not receive We Chat education,while the study group had We Chat education mode on the basis of the intervention as received by the control group. Both before intervention and at the end of 3 months,the patients of the 2 groups were all detected with visual analogue scale( VAS),patient activation measure( PAM),neck dysfunction index and self-efficacy scale. Results After intervention,the VAS scores and PAM scores of the study group were respectively( 3. 4 ± 0. 6) and( 79. 6 ± 3. 8),which were obviously superior to those of the control group( 6. 5 ± 0. 9),( 51. 4 ± 2. 5),with statistical significance( P < 0. 05). Following intervention,neck pain and related symptoms as well as daily activities in the neck disability index evaluation for the study group were respectively( 5. 6 ± 0. 9) and( 10. 5 ±1. 6),which were significantly lower than those of the control group( 8. 4 ± 1. 7) and( 17. 8 ± 1. 9),also with statistical significance( P < 0. 05). The self-efficacy scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and statistical significance could be seen when comparisons were made between them( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of We Chat education mode in cervical traction patients could improve neck and back pain sensation,and furthermore it could improve their self-efficacy and enhance their enthusiasm toward disease.
