摘要 为推进淮海经济区社会经济水平的均衡性发展,以淮海经济区交通网络为数据源,基于GIS密度叠加分析、栅格分析法和引力模型对淮海经济区交通网络进行可达性评价。结果表明:(1)淮海经济区交通可达性整体较好,但存在研究区内边缘位置经济发展较差的城市交通通达程度较低,道路发展上存在着地域差异。(2)淮海经济区内59%的县(县级市、区)的道路交通密度均高于全国平均值0.2km/km2,但研究区西南部和中南部道路密度较低,这从整体上体现了淮海经济区道路网络在空间分布的不均衡性。(3)淮海经济区各个县(县级市、区)的时间可达性在t>0.4h的可达性区域占了研究区21.7%的面积,且大部分呈集聚模式。这体现了研究区内部分道路规划不合理,致使处于县域的居民出行可达性较低,得不到应有的生活质量,达不到国民生活的期望值。 In order to promote the balanced development of social and economic level of the Huaihai Economic Zone,taking the traffic network of Huaihai Economic Zone as the data source,and using GIS spatial analysis techniques to achieve the reach of the Huaihai Economic Zone transportation network sexual evaluation with density superposition analysis,grid analysis and gravity model.The results are as follows:(1)the traffic accessibility of Huaihai Economic Zone is generally good.However,there is a low degree of traffic access in cities with poor economic margins in the study area,and there are regional differences in road development.(2)the road traffic density of 59%of counties(county-level cities and districts)in Huaihai Economic Zone is higher than the national average of 0.2km/km2,but the density of roads in the southwest and south-central areas of the study area are less dense,which reflects the spatial imbalance of the road network in Huaihai Economic Zone.(3)the time availability of each county (county-level city, district) in Huaihai Economic Zone in the t>0.4h accessibility area accounted for 21.7% of the study area, and most of them are in agglomeration mode. It embodies that some road planning in the study area is unreasonable, resulting in low accessibility of residents in the county, not getting the quality of life they deserve, and failing to meet the expectations of national life.
