摘要
针对碳纤维复合材料传统成型方法的不足,提出一种碳纤维复合材料制件成型工艺补偿方法。通过建立制件的原始三维数模,选取典型型面在专用模具上制造试片,并构建固化成型后试片的数模,通过对比分析获取试片变形规律,从而获得补偿工艺数模,以此工艺数模作为网格框架式薄壳模具型面的数模,并进行试制样件,结果表明:样件满足设计要求,从而验证该补偿方法具有一定可行性。
In view of the deficiency of traditional molding methods of carbon fiber composites,a method of compensation for carbon fiber composites molding process is proposed.Through the establishment of parts of the original three dimensional mathematical model,selects typical type surface specimens on the special mould manufacturing,and builds the specimens after curing of mathematical model.Through the comparative analysis to obtain specimens deformation law,it gains a compensation process mathematical model which is used as the mathematical model of the mould surface of the grid-frame shell,and completes the trial production samples.The result shows that the samples meet the design requirements,and the compensation method which has certain feasibility was verified.
