摘要
文章以行政法比例原则第一案为例,探讨在高校法学课堂中开展对话式互动教学模式的基本原则与框架结构,在此基础上设计实施方案与具体步骤。希望通过上述研究与实践,能够探索出一种可行且高效的行政法教学模式。
Taking the first case of the principle of proportionality in administrative law as an example,this paper discusses the basic principles and framework of the interactive teaching mode of dialogue in law classes in colleges and universities,and designs the implementation plan and concrete steps on this basis.It is hoped that through the above research and practice,we can explore a feasible and efficient teaching mode of administrative law.
