基于手机信令的北京职住空间结构解析 被引量:3

摘要 城市的职住能够很好地反映城市的空间结构。根据用户驻留特征对手机信令进行职住地识别,获取北京的通勤OD数据,在此基础上利用Infomap及PageRank算法解析北京整体的职住空间结构,并对南中轴、北中轴及丰台科技园3个区域进行职住平衡分析。结果表明:①北京居住区郊区化明显,就业区虽呈现多中心格局,但受中心强大磁力及传统上南北差异的影响,空间分布极不均衡;②以长安街为界,南北区域表现出较大差异的通勤特征,整体上呈现北重南轻格局;③受用地现状、区位、交通条件等因素影响,北中轴在3个区域中职住最为平衡。 Urban job-hosing can well reflect city spatial structure.Job-hosing places are recognized according to user residence features of signaling data and beijing commuting OD data is obtained.Based on this,Infomap and PageRank methods are used to analyze overall spatial structure,and job-hosing balance analysis is conducted in Nanzhongzhou,Beizhongzhou and Fengtaikejiyuan.The results show that:①The suburbanization of residential areas is obvious;though the employment areas present a multi-center pattern,the spatial distribution is extremely unbalanced due to the strong magnetic force of the center and the north-south differences;②The northern and southern regions of Chang'an Street show great differences of commuting characteristics;③Affected by land use,location,traffic,etc.Beizhongzhou is the most balance in the three regions.
