摘要
目的探究胃溃疡合并胃出血患者使用奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁的治疗效果。方法选取在我院2017年8月至2019年8月诊断为胃溃疡合并胃出血的患者40例,随机分成对照组(20例)和研究组(20例)。对照组采用奥美拉唑治疗;研究组采用奥美拉唑和铝碳酸镁联合治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果、症状缓解时间。结果研究组的治疗效果高于对照组;研究组症状缓解时间早于对照组,P<0.05。差异有统计学意义。结论用奥美拉唑与铝碳酸镁的联合治疗胃溃疡合并胃出血的患者有良好的治疗效果,能加快缓解患者临床症状。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of hydrotalcite combined with Omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer complicated with gastric hemorrhage.Methods From August 2017 to August 2019,40 patients with gastric ulcer complicated with gastric hemorrhage were randomly divided into control group(20 cases)and study group(20 cases).The Control Group was treated with Omeprazole;the Study Group was treated with Omeprazole and hydrotalcite.The therapeutic effect and symptom relief time of the two groups were compared.Results The therapeutic effect of the Study Group was higher than that of the control group,and the time of symptom relief in the study group was earlier than that in the Control Group,P<0.05.The differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The combination of Omeprazole and hydrotalcite has a good therapeutic effect on patients with gastric ulcer complicated with gastric hemorrhage,and can speed up the relief of clinical symptoms.
