香菇柄水提液对NaCl胁迫下小白菜种子萌发及幼苗生长生理的影响 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]探究香菇柄水提液对Na Cl胁迫下小白菜种子萌发及幼苗生长生理的影响。[方法]以小白菜七宝青为试材,探究不同浓度(0.001、0.005、0.010和0.020 g/m L)香菇柄水提液对100 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下小白菜种子萌发及幼苗生长生理的影响。[结果]相比于其他浓度,0.010 g/m L的香菇柄水提液对100 mmol/L NaCl胁迫的缓解效果最佳,可明显促进小白菜种子的萌发和幼苗的生长,增加叶片中的色素含量。[结论]该研究为香菇柄在设施蔬菜安全生产过程中的合理利用提供了基础依据。 [Objective]The aim of this study was to study the effects of Lentinus edodes root waterextraction on seed germination and seedling growth physiology of pakchoi under NaCl stress. [Method]Taking the pakchoi cultivar ‘Qibaoqing’as experimental materials,the effects of different concentrations of Lentinus edodes root water-extraction(0.001,0.005,0.010 and 0.020 g/mL) on seed germination and seedling growth physiology under 100 mmol/L NaCl stress were investigated.[Result]Compared with other concentrations,0.010 g/mL Lentinus edodes root water-extraction had the best alleviating effect on 100 mmol/L NaCl stress,which could obviously promote the seed germination and seedling growth and increase the leaves pigment contents. [Conclusion]The research provided a basis for the rational use of Lentinus edodes root in the safe production process of facility vegetables.
