摘要
教师在职业生涯的初期往往会遇到诸多压力与不适。近年来,我国教师的职业压力与适应问题日益凸显,促进初任教师在面对职业压力时的适应能力已经成为当今学校人力资源管理中亟需解决的问题。正念论作为一种改善自我注意与情绪状态的心理学方法,在教师专业发展中的应用尚不多见。依据卡巴金的正念论思想,提出了当下意识策略与非评判性接受策略,并对其进行学理与可行性分析,期望借此提升初任教师的教学品质与职业适应能力。
Teachers often encounter many pressures and discomforts at the beginning of their career.In recent years,the problem of teachers'occupational stress and adaptation has become increasingly prominent in China.Promoting the adaptability of new teachers in the face of occupational stress has become an urgent problem to be solved in school human resources management.Mindfulness,as a psychological method to improve self-attention and emotional state,is seldom used in teachers'professional development.Based on Kabat-Zinn's mindfulness theory,this paper puts forward the current conscious strategy and noncritical acceptance strategy,and makes a theoretical and feasible analysis of them,hoping to improve the teaching quality and vocational adaptability of new teachers.
