摘要
在分析目前我国网络法治化建设的现状、网络安全法的意义与不足的基础上,提出了我国网络空间治理法律建设的举措:首先要学习发达地区网络法治化实践的优点,推进多元主体间的良性互动;其次要加强网络空间安全国际合作,确保网络空间人才安全;再次要加大网络治理法律的执行力度,确保我国网络科技的健康发展。
This paper discusses the current situation of the construction of the rule of law in China's cyberspace,the significance and shortcomings of the Cyberspace Security Law,and put forward the measures of the legal construction of cyberspace governance in China.First of all,we should study the advantages of network rule by law in developed areas and promote the benign interaction among multiple subjects.Secondly,international cooperation on cyberspace security should be strengthened to ensure the security of talents in cyberspace.Once again,we should strengthen the enforcement of network governance laws to ensure the healthy development of China's network technology.
