摘要
为应对当前电商企业仓库容量饱和的现状,以及客户对配送的严苛要求,在“区域配送中心+前置仓”的布局模式下,对前置仓的选址及数量进行优化。结合H电商的现有区域配送中心仓库布局,T采取混合整数规划方法来建立数学模型,以运输成本、仓储运营成本、退供成本之和的总物流成本为目标函数,并借助LINGO软件进行编程求解,通过结果比较分析,求得使总物流成本最少的最优前置仓位置及布局。
To cope with the overload problem of warehouse capacity in E-commerce industry and the stringent demands from customers for timely delivery,location and quantity of a front distribution center were optimized under the layout mode of“regional distribution center+front distribution center”.Combined with the warehouse layout of current regional distribution center of the H E-commerce Company,a mathematical model was established using mixed integer programming method.The total logistics cost from transportation,warehousing,and supply-back costs was set to be the objective function,and the solution was programmed in LINGO software.By comprehensive comparative analysis,the optimal location and layout of the front distribution center were determined.The results show that the total logistics cost can be minimized expectedly.
