摘要
论述了某磁铁矿石采用“双介质,细筛-塔磨-高效磁选”工艺选别,双介质为风介质和水介质。磁铁矿经过粗破、中破、高压辊磨-风力分级后(风介质),产品粒度达到-0.074mm含量55%以上;风力分级后的产品经过一段磁选,磁选精矿经过二段磨矿后(水介质),粒度达到-0.074mm含量90%;经过磁选-细筛-塔磨-磁选后,获得了高品位精矿。新工艺取消了二段细筛作业及中矿循环量,简化了流程结构。
In this paper,the process separation method of“dual media,magnetic separation-tower mill-efficient magnetic separation”used for a certain type of magnetite is discussed.After coarse crushing,medium crushing,and HPGR-air classification(air medium),particle size of the product reaches-0.074mm>55%.Product after“air classification”goes through primary magnetic separators,and then goes to tower mill(water medium).After that,the particle size is-0.045mm,taking up 90%.Then through effective magnetic separation,high grade concentrates are achieved.The new process cancels the work of fine screening and regrinding,simplifies the flow structure,and achieves magnetite separation in short process.
