牛病毒性腹泻病原的分子生物学与检测技术研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 腹泻是牛群中最常出现的疾病.病毒引起的牛病毒性腹泻是一种传染性腹泻,会给牧场造成巨大的经济损失.目前研究发现,引起牛腹泻的病毒主要有牛轮状病毒(Bovine rotavirus,BRV)、牛冠状病毒(Bovine coronavirus,BCoV)、牛病毒性腹泻病毒(Bovine viral diarrhea virus,BVDV)、牛肠道病毒(Bovine enterovirus,BEnV)等.此外,牛凸隆病毒(Bovine torovirus,BToV)、牛诺如病毒(Bovine norovirus,BNoV)、牛纽布病毒(Bovine nebovirus,BNebV)、牛星状病毒(Bovine astrovirus,BoAstV)及牛嵴病毒(Bovine kobuvirus/aichivirus B,BKoV)也可诱发牛腹泻.随着病原检测技术,尤其是分子检测技术的进步,许多检测方法如IEM、RT-PCR、ELISA和PAGE已用于病毒的检测和疾病诊断.本文结合国内外文献资料,对牛病毒性腹泻的病原分子生物学特征及诊断技术进行概述,以期为牛腹泻的致病原因和检测技术的进一步研究提供基础. Diarrhea is the most common disease in the dairy farms.Bovine viral diarrhea caused by a lot of viruses is a contagious diarrhea that can cause huge economic losses to the pasture.Current studies have found that the main causes of bovine diarrhea are bovine rotavirus(BRV),bovine coronavirus(BCoV),bovine viral diarrhea virus(BVDV),bovine enterovirus(BEnV),etc.In addition,bovine torovirus(BToV),bovine norovirus(BNoV),bovine nebovirus(BNebV),bovine astrovirus(BoAstV),bovine astrovirus(BoAstV)and bovine kobuvirus/aichivirus B,BKoV)can also induce bovine diarrhea.With the advancement of pathogen detection technology,especially molecular technology,many detection methods such as IEM,RT-PCR,ELISA and PAGE have been used for virus detection and disease diagnosis.This paper summarizes the pathogenic molecular characteristics and diagnostic techniques of bovine viral diarrhea in combination with domestic and foreign literature,in order to provide a basis for the further study of the pathogenic causes and detection techniques of bovine diarrhea.
