摘要
中国共产党何时创设劳模?学界众说纷纭。史实表明,劳模创设的时间、内容、地点等和学界已有的认识并不吻合。实际上,中国共产党创设劳模的根源在于苏区的物资短缺和经济困窘,最早源于各革命根据地出台的督促和奖励工农业生产发展的政策,初衷和主要目的就是为了提高苏区的生产效率和工作效率,争取对敌斗争的胜利。初始形态的劳模,就是各革命根据地依据政策奖励或表彰的对象。劳模当时称为模范,属于模范之一种。苏区时期创设模范的做法与经验,是中国共产党树立劳模的历史源头。
When did the CPC set up the title of model laborer?The academic circle is divided.Historical facts show that the time,content and place of model workers creation are not consistent with the existing understanding of the academic circle.In fact,the CPC set up the model laborer because of the material shortage and economic distress in the Soviet areas.It originated from the policy of urging and rewarding the development of industrial and agricultural production issued by various revolutionary bases.The original intention and main purpose was to improve the production efficiency and working efficiency of the Soviet areas and win the battle against the enemy.The model laborers in the initial form are the objects of reward or commendation in accordance with the policies of the revolutionary base areas.They were then called models and belonged to one of the role models.The practice and experience of setting up models during the Soviet Revolution is the historical source of the CPC setting up model laborers.
