摘要
目前,随着市政工程项目的数量增加及规模的不断扩大,其施工难度及工作量也逐步增大。在施工任务跟踪过程中发现,一些项目的施工现场管理仍存在一些问题,为现场施工埋下了诸多隐患。论文分析了市政工程施工现场管理的重要性,总结了其中存在的一些问题,并针对这些问题提出了改进措施。
At present, with the increasing number and scale of municipal engineering projects, the construction difficulty and workload are also increasing. In the process of construction task tracking, it is found that there are still some problems in the construction site management of some projects, which have buried many hidden dangers for the site construction. This paper analyzes the importance of construction site management of municipal engineering, summarizes some existing problems, and puts forward improvement measures for these problems.
