摘要
为揭示加料滚筒内复杂系统的内在关系和规律,满足企业自动化生产线的精细化生产需求,选取某规格一类制丝加料生产线,通过对加料设备建模,并建立烟丝、滚筒模型,仿真计算出滚筒内烟丝运动、料液分布状态。通过仿真数据、高速摄像图像处理技术与试验验证,构建了加料过程物料混合均匀性评价指标体系,提出了4项关键评价指标。采用主客观组合赋权法对烟丝混料均匀性评价指标进行赋权,得出烟丝混料均匀性效果,给相关企业制丝线的加香加料过程质量控制提供了参考依据。
In order to reveal the intrinsic relationship and regularity of the complex system in the charging drum and meet the demand of fine production of tobacco enterprises,a certain type of tobacco charging production line was selected,the equal proportion of the charging equipment was modeled,and the tobacco and drum model was established.The model simulates the movement of the tobacco in the drum and the distribution of the liquid.Through the simulation data,high-speed camera image processing technology and experimental verification,the index system including 4 crucial indexes for material mixing uniformity evaluation in the charging process was constructed.The subjective and objective combination weighting method is used to weigh the tobacco homogenate uniformity evaluation index,and the uniformity effect of the mixture is obtained,which provides a powerful basis and reference for quality control of the charging process of the tobacco enterprise.
