摘要
根据烟草企业廉洁风险的成因分析,运用FMEA方法对烟草企业廉洁风险进行定量评估,通过分析烟草企业廉洁风险管理失效模式的严重度、发生度及难检度,对各失效模式的风险进行综合评价,达到对廉洁风险的事前预防,改进现有烟草企业廉洁风险纯定性的分析方法,提高对烟草企业廉洁风险防控水平。
Based on the analysis of the causes of the integrity risk of tobacco enterprises,this paper uses the FMEA method to quantitatively evaluate the integrity risk of tobacco enterprises.By analyzing the severity,occurrence and difficulty of the failure modes of the integrity risk management of tobacco enterprises,the risk of each failure mode is comprehensively evaluated,so as to prevent the risk in advance and improve the existing qualitative analysis methods for the integrity risks of tobacco companies,to improve the level of tobacco enterprises'integrity risk management.
