摘要
全国各省市的科技报告工作已启动多年,但是对于全社会来说,科技报告仍属于新生事物,通过调研分析多个省份省级科技报告的开展和推进情况,并以江苏为例通过对省级报告的现状进行分析,发现省级科技报告制度建设进程中存在的制度缺失、质量参差不齐以及作用发挥不到位等问题比较突出,针对存在的问题提出了相应的对策和建议,对省级科技报告制度的建设进行了初步的探索,为科技报告工作的持续开展提供了一定的借鉴.
The science and technology report work in various provinces and cities nationwide has been started for many years,but for the whole society,science and technology report is still a new thing.This paper analyzes the development and promotion of provincial science and technology reports in many provinces through investigation.The status quo of the provincial report is analyzed.It is found that problems such as the lack of systems,uneven quality,and inadequate role in the construction of the provincial science and technology report system are prominent.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for many problems are proposed.A preliminary exploration for the construction of the provincial science and technology report system is made to provide a certain reference for the continuous development of science and technology report work.
