摘要
在新建350 MW锅炉的安装现场经常出现供货与施工进度不匹配、设备交货滞后制约安装进度的问题。本文以某项目为例,介绍了350 MW超临界前后墙对冲锅炉从受热面组合到锅炉的整体水压安装工作,使项目计划与现场施工需求高度统一,节省资源并满足现场施工要求。
In the installation site of the new 350 MW boiler,the problems that do not match the supply and construction progress,and the delay in the delivery of equipment restricts the installation progress.Taking a project as an example,this paper introduces the 350 MW supercritical front and back wall counter boiler from the heating surface to the boiler%overall hydraulic installation work,so that the project plan and the site construction needs are highly unified,which save resources and meet the site construction requirements.
