摘要
芯科科技的Si106x/108x系列微控制器是内部集成了高性能1 GHz以下频段无线收发器和极低功耗微控制器的器件,具备兼容51的内核、片上调试器、10位A/D转换器和多种数字接口,其无线收发器拥有-126 dBm接收灵敏度、最大可达+20 dBm的发射功率、多种调制方式和自动频率控制、自动增益控制,还兼容IEEE802.15.4g,适合家居自动化、遥控、无钥匙进入、智能计量仪表、无线传感器网络等领域。本文对该芯片的内部结构、工作原理、硬件设计和软件调试方法进行了详细介绍,并简单讨论了使用该芯片实现的商品混凝土的电子标签。
Silicon Laboratories’Si106x/108x series devices are wireless MCUs with integrated high performance Sub 1 GHz transceiver and ultra low power MCU.The devices possess a 51 compatible kernel,on chip Silicon Labs 2 Wire(C2)Development Interface,10bit ADC and other digital interfaces.The integrated transceiver has extremely low receive sensitivity(-126 dBm),industry leading+20 dBm out put power,multiple modulation methods coupled with AFC&AGC.It also compatible with IEEE802.15.4g.These series are suitable for home automation,remote control,keyless entry,intelligent meter,wireless sensor network and so on.On the basis of the discussion of the internal structure,working principle,hardware design and software debugging methods of the chip,this paper briefly introduces the electronic label of the commercial concrete.
