智能电网调度运行信息分层传输方法研究 被引量:7

摘要 为了解决电网调度运行信息传输速率慢的问题,提出了一种基于特征面信息分层传输方法。该方法在进行信息传输之前,需先分析不同层次、维度、方向信息传输层,获取同一层信息源,将参与分层的信息具体指定到某一智能电网调度运行信息执行分层的特征面,分别在各自线路上执行相关指令。根据小波包空间分解示意图,对信息进行分解处理,设计不同站点间信息转换流程,将其转换为可以识别的数据存储格式。依据信息分层原理,实现智能电网调度运行信息分层传输。通过实验对比结果可知,基于特征面信息分层传输方法传输速率较快,最快可达到75 bit/s,为电网智能运输提供技术支持。 In order to solve the problem of slow transmission rate of dispatching operation information in power grid,a hierarchical transmission method of information based on feature surface is proposed.Before information transmission, this method needs to analyze different layers, dimensions and directions of information transmission layer,obtain the same layer of information source,specify the information participated in the layering to the characteristics of a smart grid dispatching and operation information execution layer,and execute relevant instructions on their respective lines. According to the spatial decomposition sketch of wavelet packet,the information is decomposed and processed,and the information conversion process between different sites is designed, which can be converted into identifiable data storage format. According to the principle of information hierarchy, hierarchical transmission of dispatching and operation information of smart grid is realized. The experimental results show that the hierarchical transmission method based on feature surface information has a faster transmission rate,up to 75 bit/s at the fastest,which provides technical support for the intelligent transportation of power grid.
