摘要
在黑龙江省某集约化牛场随机选取体况、胎次相近泌乳奶牛共176头作为试验动物。根据血清铜(Cu)浓度分为铜缺乏组(63头)和正常组(113头),检测了血清铜兰蛋白(CP)水平。结果显示,当泌乳奶牛发生铜缺乏症即血清Cu为(8.98±1.78)μmol/L时,血清CP浓度(14.23±6.56)U/L极显著下降(P<0.01),血清中CP与Cu之间呈显著的正相关(R=0.518,P=0.00)。根据受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)分析确定泌乳奶牛铜缺乏症发生的风险预警阈值为血清铜CP浓度应低于18.22U/L。结果表明,血清CP浓度可以作为泌乳奶牛铜缺乏症的快速、实用的敏感标志物,用于预测泌乳奶牛铜缺乏症发生的风险预警指标,为早期预防奶牛铜缺乏症提供了新的技术。
To effectively predict the risk of copper deficiency in lactating cows,176lactating cows with similar body conditions and parity were selected as experimental animals from an intensive cattle farm in Heilongjiang Province.According to the serum copper(Cu)concentration,the experimental cows were divided into the copper deficient group(63)and the normal group(113),and the serum ceruloplasmin(CP)level was detected.The results showed that the serum CP concentration(14.23±6.56)U/L was significantly decreased(P<0.01)when copper deficiency occurred in lactating cows,the serum Cu was(8.98±1.78)μmol/L,and there was a significant positive correlation between CP and Cu(R=0.518,P=0.00).According to the receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)analysis,the early risk warning threshold for the occurrence of copper deficiency in lactating cows was determined that the serum CP level should be lower than 18.22U/L.Conclusion obtained that serum CP level can be used as a rapid,practical and sensitive marker for the occurrence of copper deficiency in lactating cows,and can be used as an early risk warning indicator,and then it provides a new technique of the early prevention for copper deficiency in cows.
