水性环氧热反射涂料的制备及降温性能研究

摘要 以过硫酸钾为引发剂,以PEG-4000、环氧树脂E51为原料制备乳化剂;然后采用相反转法,以环氧树脂E51与乳化剂制备水性环氧树脂乳液,并加入热反射填料纳米二氧化钛制备水性环氧热反射涂料;采用FTIR、DSC、TG等对其进行表征,并使用室内模拟降温装置对其降温性能进行测试。结果表明,制备的水性环氧树脂乳液稳定性良好;水性环氧树脂24 h即可完全固化,在31.5℃固化物会由玻璃态转变为高弹态,树脂固化物表面密实,无明显孔隙,具有较好的高温性能,附着力达到1级,吸水率为6.5%;当纳米二氧化钛掺量为8%时,制备的水性环氧热反射涂料具有较好的使用性能,可使路面温度降低8℃。 Using PEG-4000 and epoxy resin E51 as raw materials,and potassium persulfate as an initiator,we prepared emulsifier.Moreover,we prepared waterborne epoxy resin emulsion by a phase inversion method using epoxy resin E51 and the emulsifier,and then prepared waterborne epoxy heat reflective coating by adding hot reflective filler titanium dioxide nanoparticles.Furthermore,we characterized the resultant by FTIR,DSC,and TG,and detected the cooling performance by the chamber simulated cooling device.The results show that the waterborne epoxy emulsion has good stability.The setting time of the waterborne epoxy resin is 24 h,and the glass transition temperature of 31.5℃.The resin curing compound possesses a dense resin structure,no defects,and high temperature performance.The adhesive force and water absorption of the waterborne epoxy resin are grade-1 and 6.5%,respectively.When the dosage of titanium dioxide nanoparticles is 8%,the prepared waterborne epoxy heat reflective coating has good service performance,which can reduce the road temperature by 8℃.
