基于熵值法的燃煤电站脱硫废水处理工艺综合评价 被引量:3

摘要 针对燃煤电厂脱硫废水处理工艺综合性能,建立了3层7因素多属性综合评价体系,涉及指标有重金属脱除率、TDS脱除率、COD脱除率、初始投资、单位废水处理成本、水回用率和占地面积,利用熵值法确定各指标权重,用模糊综合法对脱硫废水零排放技术进行评价。评价结果可以具体体现造成某一方案不良效果的次级影响因素,为商业运行和优化方案提供指导。 Aiming to wastewater zero emissions technology,a three layer-7 factors multiple attribute comprehensive evaluation system is established involving in heavy metal removal rate,TDS removal efficiency and COD removal efficiency,the initial investment,unit wastewater treatment costs,water back to power usage effectiveness and covers an area,by entropy method to determine the index weight,the fuzzy comprehensive method to evaluate desulfurization wastewater zero discharge technique.The evaluation results can reflect the secondary factors that cause the bad effect of a program,and provide guidance for the commercial operation and optimization program.
