摘要
文章以湖南某高校图书馆为背景,以移动应用为平台,结合图书馆信息化发展现状和线下问卷调查结果,设计和实现以微信公众号、微信小程序和APP三种互联方式为应用通道,构建和实现适应读者需求,包含读者模块和管理员模块的移动图书馆智慧服务平台。平台采用了数据挖掘分析和流式大数据处理知识,实时挖掘读者对电子资源的喜好程度,并根据读者喜好进行推送,为读者提供个性化服务,提高读者的服务感知。
Based on the background of a university library in Hunan Province,taking mobile application as the platform,combining the current situation of library informatization development and the results of off-line questionnaire survey,this paper designs and implements the three interconnection modes of Wechat Public Number,Wechat Small Procedure and APP as the application channels,and constructs and realizes the application channels to meet the needs of readers,including reader module and management.The platform uses data mining analysis and stream data processing knowledge to dig out the reader's preference for electronic resources in real time,timely push the readers'preferences,provide readers with personalized services and improve readers'service perception.
