摘要
“互联网+”产业背景下,企业要想生存,必须要摒弃传统的财务管理观念和模式,进行创新。本文从“互联网+”产业背景下企业财务管理创新的切入点进行分析,接着从定位财务管理职能、建立财务管理数据平台、开发财务管理智能化系统、完善财务管理数据化流程、构建财务预算管理系统、提升财务管理人员综合素质六个方面,阐述了“互联网+”产业背景下的企业财务管理的创新思路,对促进企业财务管理在新形势下的良好有序发展提供可靠的理论参考依据。
Under the background of"Internet+"industry,if enterprises want to survive,they must abandon the traditional concept and mode of financial management and innovate.This paper analyzes the starting point of enterprise financial management innovation under the background of"Internet+"industry,then from six aspects:positioning financial management function,establishing financial management data platform,developing intelligent financial management system,perfecting financial management data flow,constructing financial budget management system and improving the comprehensive quality of financial management personnel,it expounds the innovative ideas of corporate financial management under the background of the"Internet+"industry,and provides a reliable theoretical reference for promoting the sound and orderly development of corporate financial management in the new situation.
