摘要 [目的]分析国内外案例教学法结合情景模拟教学法在护理教学中的应用现状,梳理研究的相关问题,对其在未来的应用方向提供借鉴。[方法]检索查阅中国知网(CNKI)、万方、维普、PubMed数据库文献,检索时间跨度为建库至2018年8月,利用NoteExpress软件查重,利用书目共现分析系统(bibliographic items co-occurrence matrix builder,BICOMB)及SAS 9.4软件对纳入文献进行计量学分析。[结果]共收集到相关文献1047篇,排除重复及不符合主题的文献后,共纳入71篇文献。获得中文关键词20个,英文主题词10个。英文主题词主要包括护理教学方法、护生心理、计算机辅助教学、护生思维、助产、护患关系及临床能力。通过分析中文文献共获得护理教育及教学方法改革的研究、急诊实习带教及护理能力培养的研究、具体护理学科教学的研究、内科护理学教学的研究4个研究热点。[结论]案例教学法结合情景模拟教学法在护理教学中的应用相对不够成熟和完善,国内外对其研究的重点存在差异,这也将为未来更好地开展该联合教学法提供借鉴。 Objective:To analyze the application status quo of the case combined with scenario simulation teaching method in nursing teaching in China and abroad,and to sort out related problems,so as to provide the reference for future application direction.Methods:The Chinese and English literatures was retrieved from databases,including China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database,VIP Database,and PubMed.The retrival time was from the establishment of the database to August 2018.Data were checked using NoteExpress software.Bibliographic items co-occurrence matrix builder(BICOMB)and software SAS 9.4 were used to perform bibliometric analysis.Results:A total of 1047 pieces of related literature were collected.After excluding the duplicate and non-conforming literature,a total of 71 pieces of literature were included in this study.Then 20 Chinese keywords and 10 English keywords were extracted.English keywords mainly included nursing teaching methods,nursing students′psychology,computer-assisted instruction,nursing students′thinking,midwifery,nurse-patient relationship,and clinical ability.By analyzing the Chinese literatures,four research hotspots were obtained:nursing education and teaching method reform,emergency practice teaching and nursing ability cultivation,specific nursing teaching,and internal medicine nursing teaching.Conclusions:The application of the case combined with scenario simulation teaching method in nursing teaching was relatively immature and imperfect.And there were differences in the research focus in China and abroad.While,this current status could provide a reference for the better development of case combined with scenario simulation teaching method in the future.
