摘要 针对现有管道清洗装置存在的一些清洗难度大、清洗耗资大、操作不便捷、清洗环境多样化和待清洗管道管径种类混杂等弊端,提出了一种利用高压水射流设计的自进式大管径管道清洗装置。该装置的设计理念是采用整体水力驱动,集合冲洗、洗刷管壁的清洗功能于一体且各部分相互协调运行,在生产成本小的前提下,实现操作简便且可适用于多样环境和混杂管径管道的清洗,使管道清洗变得更便捷、更省钱省力。应用SolidWorks软件对装置进行三维设计,通过计算,选择在有效清洗范围内适应一定管道直径范围和力学要求的各部件的最优尺寸,并对三维模型进行受载的力学分析验证。结果表明,通过高压水射流技术设计的自进给清洗装置具有稳定性好、可延伸、清洁效率高和适用于各种管径的管道等优势,而且能够取得很好的经济效益。 Aimed at the disadvantages of the existing pipeline cleaning devices,such as difficult cleaning,expensive cleaning,inconvenient operation,diversified cleaning environment and mixed pipe diameter types of the pipeline to be cleaned,it was put forward that a self-propelled large diameter pipeline cleaning device designed by using high-pressure water jet.The design concept of the device was to put washing function of the overall hydraulic drive,collective washing and washing pipe wall together,and was coordinated operation.Under the premise of low production cost,the cleaning function of the system was integrated with each other and coordinated operation of each part.It was easy to operate and applicable to the cleaning of pipelines with various environments and mixed diameters,which made the cleaning of pipelines more convenient,more economical and labor-saving.By using SolidWorks to design the three-dimensional mechanism,through calculation,we selected the optimal size of each component to adapt to a certain range of pipe diameter and mechanical requirements within the effective cleaning range,and verified the mechanical analysis of the three-dimensional model under load.The results showed that the self feed cleaning device designed by high-pressure water jet technology had the advantages of good stability,extensibility,high cleaning efficiency,it was suitable for various pipe diameters,and can obtain good economic benefits by using it.
