摘要
为满足施工单位协同办公的需要,通过研究企业级协同办公系统的必要性,结合信息化背景下企业发展的新要求,提出了支持信息集成、搭载协同办公的系统架构。结合具体企业协同办公系统的开发案例,对施工企业办公过程中优化业务、节约成本的方式进行了积极有用的探索,以期为类似情况提供借鉴。
To meet the requirements of cooperative office of construction units, through studying the necessity of enterprise level cooperative office system, combined with the new requirements of enterprise development under the background of informatization, the system architecture supporting information integration and carrying cooperative office is proposed. Combined with the development case of specific enterprise cooperative office system, the ways of optimizing business and saving cost are explored in the process of construction enterprise office, so as to provide reference for similar situations.
